About Me

        

        My name is Isis. I'd like to categorize myself as a very determined and success driven person. I apply that to everything in my life including my school work. Personally, in my studies I work to the best of my abilities and put maximum effort into my work. My choice to take the AICE Media Studies course was to explore the several different types of media forms and get a better understanding of how it is an active part of everyone's life. I've always been super interested in film and media, since I have a genuine love for movies and social media. As far as my future plan, I would like to get a degree in Business and Pre-Med. I would like to become an entrepreneur and have my own business in medicine, which would be building and operating my own birthing center. On my free time, I write poetry and study astrology as hobbies. I genuinely enjoy writing and learning about new things everyday as well as teaching others.

Camera shots

In film, there are multiple variations of film. I am going to be choosing six different camera shots which include: establishing shot, wide shot, close-up shot, master shot, mid-shot, and over the shoulder shot. Establishing shot: This shot show casts the scene in a zoomed out way which illustrates the relationship between the characters and their settings.   Wide shot: This shot shows the entire character or object and is wider in its frame. Close-up shot: This shot usually focuses on getting the face of an object or character and its purpose is to add emotion. Master shot: This shot is utilized to portray the most dramatized scenes in the film.   Mid-shot: This shot only shows the character from the waist up and is the most common shot.
